Mercer's Millennia Wide Chef Knife is made to be attractive and durable. It has a one-piece, high-carbon Japanese steel blade that is stain-free and a razor sharp edge that is easy to maintain. This durable blade is attached to a Santoprene and polypropylene handle for comfort and strength.

Textured finger points provide slip resistance and a better grip; also, along with the protective finger guards, these knives have improved safety. Recommended to be washed by hand and are ideal for passionate cooks and professional chefs.
