The Pitco 40C+ Economy Tube Fired Gas Fryer has a stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability. 6" adjustable legs offer versatility. This unit has a welded tank with an extra smooth finish to ensure cleaning is simple while the stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to offer maximum heating.

Gas fryer is simple to use with an integrated gas control valve that acts as a pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve. The gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until the pilot is established. It shuts off all gas flow automatically if the flame goes out for extra safety.

Temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer exceeds the upper limit while the thermostat maintains temperatures between 200°F and 400°F. Plus, the unit includes a front 1-1/4" drain valve for quick draining.

Includes standard accessories: stainless steel tank, stainless steel front, door, sides and back, 1 tube rack, 1 built-in flue deflector, 2 twin size baskets, 1 drain extension, 1 drain line clean-out rod and a removable basket hanger.
