This product increases productivity and employee safety by prepping ingredients in less time and limiting injuries from sharp knives. The vegetable prep attachment is designed with continuous feed dicing, slicing, shredding, grating and julienne.
The bowl base comes with a twin blade assembly to process both large and small quantities. The coarse serrated blade is for kneading and grinding while the fine serrated blade is meant for herbs and spices. There is a complete range of 26 stainless steel discs that are high quality and provide versatile cuts. The food processor is easy to use with a simple 3-button control panel: switches "on", "off" and "pulse."
Includes a 5/32" slicing disc, 5/64" grating disc, 3/8" dicing kit, "S" blade, 3-quart grey cutter bowl and a vegetable preparation attachment with external ejection.
