Prepping french fries is easy with Sammic's CF-5 Manual Fry Cutter. Designed for restaurants and large kitchens, this unit can cut 200-350 lb of fries per hour.

Suction the light, but strong, body to a work surface, place a food pan under for collecting the cut product and pull down on the spring-loaded extended handle for perfectly cut fries.

The knife block and pusher set is available in three different sizes and will completely eject the fries into the food pan and leave the grid clean and ready for the next potato.
