Made with versatility and a durable design, the SignatureWares 24 Gauge 1/9 Size Food Pan is ideal for storage, prep, draining, thawing, steaming and crisping. It has reinforced corners around the top for added strength and maintains the buffet pan shape. These insert pans have a rounded bottom to allow the spoon to get right into the corner, reducing food waste.

The commercial steam pans are stackable for space-efficient storage. For better (and safer) drying, the commercial food pans leave space between each other while stacked to create better ventilation. The hotel pans are made of 24 gauge stainless steel to resist stains and will not absorb odours.

Dishwasher safe.

Compatible with the 1/9 size solid food pan cover (sold separately) and the 1/9 size slotted food pan cover (sold separately).
