PRODUCT INFORMATION

The SignatureWares Folding Pocket Thermometer has a compact design and features an easy-to-read display. The large LCD backlight display can be rotated 180° to read from all angles and the thermometer features an auto shutoff to preserve battery life.

The thermometer is simple to operate with a touch key button to hold temperature readings even after it's been removed from the food item. It can measure in both °F and °C and has a temperature range from -40°F to 572°F.

Thermocouple sensor provides a 3-second response time for quick and accurate reading. It has a folding probe that is simple to access and can be tucked away when the thermometer is not in use - offering better sanitation and preventing cross-contamination.
