PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Star Holman 36" Star Max Manual Gas Griddle has a double-wall construction and an enclosed bottom that helps reduce heat loss while the cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bull nose front provides knob protection and a comfortable work zone.

Features a large 1.5 qt stainless steel grease drawer and a spatula wide 3.25" front grease trough and grease chute for easier cleaning. The gas griddle is designed with 84,900 BTU aluminized steel u-shaped burner offer even heat distribution. It has a 12" cooking surface for each burner and is controlled thermostatically through heavy-duty metal knobs.

Unit is held up by 4" adjustable legs that fit on your countertop and can be adjusted to the operator's ideal cooking height.
