This 11 lb scale can weigh a variety of foods and has a removable 5.375" x 5.375" stainless steel platform cover that is simple to clean. The scale has a tare feature to zero the machine for a more accurate measure while the auto-shutoff saves battery life.

Unit includes a low-battery and overload indicator. The 0.5" LCD readout displays the measurements on the display screen. HOLD function keeps the weight on the display screen so you can view the measurement even when you remove the weight.
