The commercial freezer is made with a stainless steel front, top and ends and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. The interior is made with a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for a reliable build.
This freezer is front breathing and features PVC coated wire shelves to hold ingredients. The automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated for efficient defrosting while the foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation has zero ozone depletion potential and zero global warming potential.
