The stainless steel blade is durable and features a Granton edge that does not let ingredients stick to the blade- allowing this knife to be cleaned easier.

Wood handle provides an attractive appearance and is fastened to the blade with 3 rivets. Plus, the handle is crafted from sustainable woods.
