PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Vollrath InstaSlice Straight Blade Fruit and Vegetable Slicer creates uniform slices and easily slices bigger fruits and vegetables. It quickly preps ingredients and has a large slicing area for cutting versatility.

It has a simple pop-in, pop-out blade for easy cleaning and removal while the thermoset blade frames never need to be adjusted and will not corrode. The Hardcoat pusher head fingers resist corrosion from tomato acid and other harsh food.

The sled-leg base design offers excellent resistance to breakage. It features a detachable table stop that makes sure the processor will stay in place.
