Vollrath's Cayenne 36" Electric Flat Top Griddle is built to last with a superior heating element design that guarantees even heating. The grill is thermostatically controlled for accurate heating up to 570°F.

Features independent controls per 12" heating zone while the heavy-duty polished cooking surface retains heat. Knob guards prevent accidental temperature adjustments. Unit has heavy-duty legs that are adjustable for operators cooking preferences.

The electric flat top features a 16" cooking surface depth, 1/2" thick griddle plate, and a 2.5" back and sloped side to prevent messes, allowing this griddle to easily maintain an attractive appearance.
