The Vollrath Cayenne 36" Gas Flat Top Griddle is versatile, powerful and built to last with 84,000 BTUs of heating power, U-shaped burners that ensure even heating and a thick polished surface top plate.

Manal control knobs are simple to use and will never break or crack protecting the interior gas valves. Each knob controls a 12" cooking zone while the back and sloped side splashes prevent messes.

Includes regulator and gas valve. The heavy-duty legs are adjustable so you can create your ideal cooking height. Ideal for cooking a variety of foods such has steak, burgers, eggs, pancakes and even bacon.
