The internal humidifying system keeps food looking fresher longer and the angled display shows off meals with an attractive design. Allow your customers to easily serve themselves with the front sliding door while the rear sliding doors provide a simple loading section for employees to refill display.

The Vollrath Cayenne Heated Display Case comes with three adjustable shelves for versatile displays. It has an illuminating display for bright, eye-catching merchandising that can be lit up even without heating the product. The double-walled stainless steel construction is well-built and keeps the cabinet cool.
