Enjoy a powerful and reliable cooking performance with the Vollrath Cayenne 24" Gas Countertop Hot Plate. It comes factory set for use with natural gas but can be converted to propane with the conversion kit (included).

This commercial hot plate is designed with 4 burners, individual temperature control knobs and is made with a durable stainless and aluminized steel body. Each burner has separate grates to ease cleaning while the full width stainless steel drip pan makes cleaning simpler.

The hot plate has a bullnose design to prevent burns while the heavy duty legs are adjustable to keep the unit level. Each burner emits 26,000 BTU per burner for a strong performance.
