The Vollrath Mirage Pro Countertop Induction Range offers safe and efficient heating with a strong engine that powers the entire unit with 90% energy efficiency. This unit has 100 power levels with an approximate range from 80°F to 525°F. For accurate heating, the induction range has knobs and digital controls that are easy to use and clean, while the LED display keeps the operator informed.

Countertop induction has a temperature memory to heat the unit to the last set temperature for added convenience while the auto-shutoff and hot-surface warning feature extends the units life. This range is designed for light-duty cooking. Built with a smooth ceramic top that is simple to clean and framed for added strength, the unit is compact and easy to transport.
