Vollrath's food warmer is a direct contact heating system that offers the lowest operating cost while giving an optimal heating performance. It includes a dome heating element that uses up to 25% less energy.

The Cayenne Countertop Full Size Food Warmer keeps foods at a safe temperature with thermostatic controls that ensure accurate heating. This food warmer has a nonstick surface that is simple to clean and a wide no-drop lid that keeps countertops dry.

It comes with a stable structure that is held up by four black feet to prevent movement. The black well and brushed stainless steel exterior provide a clean and sleek look, allowing you to place the product in a variety of environments.
