The Vollrath Cayenne Round Heat 'N Serve Countertop 7 qt Twin Well Rethermalizer Package, Model TW-27R,  is ideal for reheating chilled products and holding heated foods. It is thermostatically controlled with a timer, preheating functions and uses 25% less energy than standard rethermalizers.

The rethermalizer has nonskid feet to prevent the machine from moving while in use and has a durable stainless steel exterior that is simple to clean. It has knob guards to prevent accidental adjustments which offer consistent and accurate heating.

This rethermalizer package includes 2 inserts, 2 hinged Kool-Touch covers and 2 ladles.
