PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Vollrath Countertop Induction Rethermalizer heats and serves soups, chilis and other hot foods at a safe temperature. It does not require water and won't provide heat until an induction-ready insert is placed inside.
The rethermalizer has digital controls with 4 presets for precise temperature control. It features a sensor that monitors food temperatures at 3 points on the induction-ready insert (also known as an inset), an indicator light that notifies the user when contents need to be stirred and it helps with even heating.
Unit comes with an induction-ready insert and cover.
