The Vollrath 3 Shelf Knock Down Bakery Case beautifully displays your baked good beautifully and has a durable, clear acrylic construction. Each tier has an individual door for simple access and also prevents the chance of cross-contamination. Plus, their self-closing door acts as a sneeze guard to maintain sanitation.

This product has both front and rear doors, so it can easily be restocked through the back and the front acts as a safe self-serve station. The rubber feet prevent movement while the knockdown case offers quick assembly.

Three 14" x 18" trays are included.
