Vollrath's Piano Whip is a favourite with professional bakers and chefs. A classically designed piano whip with fine wires for whisking, mixing and aerating thinner food products. Vollrath has perfected all the details and backs them up with a lifetime warranty.
The wires, made from corrosion and rust resistant stainless steel, are securely welded to the one-piece handle to eliminate food traps earning the NSF certification.
An additional center wire is for reinforcement and keeps the other wires in their proper shape, Raised nubs on the handle assure a good grip.
