The SteelCoat Nonstick Stir Fry Pan by Vollrath is the perfect choice for even heating, consistent results and easy clean-up. The flat bottom ensures a level and stable base and the high sides of the stirfry pan keep ingredients contained when stirring.

Built with 8 gauge aluminum with a premium nonstick coating (SteelCoat x3) this stir fry pan will stand up to repeated use in busy commercial kitchens. The silicone TriVent® handle has a comfortable, ergonomic grip and provides some protection from heat transfer and withstands temperatures up to 450°F.
