The Vollrath Super Pan 3 Food Pan False Bottom is made is durable 300 series stainless steel for durability and is designed to hold food above food pan bottoms for efficient draining. Each hole has a diameter of 3/8" for quick draining while the larger finger hold lifts the false bottom out quickly.
