With the Vollrath Tribute 3 Ply CeramiGuard Non-Stick Fry Pan, sauté, fry and sear with ease. The 3-ply construction offers a durable structure and allows this pan to distribute heat evenly. Its TriVent handle withstands heat up to 450°F for a comfortable and safe grip.
The handle is fastened to the pan with rivets for improved strength. It is made with an 18-8 stainless steel interior that does not affect the colour or flavours while the 3004-series aluminum core provides simple heating along the bottom.
Cermiguard II nonstick coating ensures easy cleaning and releases the food effortlessly. This fry pan has a black silicone handle that minimizes heat transfer.

*Vollrath has introduced a new plated handle for your fry pan. The handle is compatible with the new silicone handle which is NSF certified and features a tab for simple removal. We will transition to the new generation of handles as they become available. Please note you could possibly receive either the new or original version depending on stock.
