The aluminum pot is impressively durable with welded-on handles for simple transportation and an 18.5-quart capacity. Its four 3 qt stainless steel inserts (also called insets) allow you to cook multiple foods at once. They are securely riveted for stability and strength and include a hanging clip for easy draining. Plus, the insets have a new comfort-grip handle that offers a non-slip grip and temperature resistance up to 450°F (continuous use, 600°F intermittent use).

*Vollrath has introduced a new silicone handle for your pasta cooker insert. The new handle is NSF certified and features a tab for simple removal. We will transition to the new generation of handles as they become available. Please note you could possibly receive either the new or original version depending on stock.
