The Vollrath Wear-Ever Heavy-Duty Bun Pan is made to be durable. With an aluminum 19 gauge construction, this baking sheet is 20% stronger than other types of cookie pans. It heats and cools down quickly and has a concave bottom that flattens for even heating.

The cookie sheet features tapered sides for simple and space-efficient stacking. Plus, the sides are wire rimmed with a galvanized nonrusting rod which increases the structure's strength and ensures the pan does not warp.
