With the Vollrath Wear-Ever Roast Pan Bottom with Straps is perfect for roasting meats and vegetables. It's made with heavy-gauge 3004-Series aluminum for even heating while the beadless rims are simple to clean.

The chrome-plated straps offer additional reinforcement while the loop handles provide a comfortable grip. This bottom pan can be used for open roasting or better yet, double roast it by pairing the bottom with the compatible 29.5 qt roasting top (sold separately).
