Made for rigorous use, the Wusthof 6" Gourmet Cleaver is an excellent choice for cutting ribs, racks and bones. It can also be used for fruits with tough skins - like coconuts and pineapples.

The flat blade and durable design makes cutting easy and prevents fatigue. It has a strong, laser-cut high-carbon stainless steel blade that slices through ingredients. The POM handle is comfortable to hold and is made with 3 rivets for superior strength.
