Zwilling's Four Star 7 Piece Self Sharpening Knife Block with Bonus Steak Knives are sharper for enhanced safety. The self-sharpening block is made with KIS technology for correct sharpness. Self-sharpening is done through the built-in ceramic sharpeners for fine edged knives (paring, slicing and chef knives).

Not only does the knife block keep your knives sharp and ready to use, but it has an attractive appearance to highlight your kitchen.

Each knife is made with an ice-hardened FRIODUR blade that starts sharp and stays sharper. The precision-honed and laser-controlled edge ensure ideal cutting while the 57 Rockwell Hardness has excellent edge retention. The blades have a 15° angle per side and are constructed of NO STAIN stainless steel.

Set includes a 4" Paring knife, 5" Serrated Utility Knife, 6" Slicing Knife, 8" Bread knife, 8" Chef, Shears, Self Sharpening Knife Block and bonus steak knives.
