Zwilling's Four Star 8" Chef Knife has a polypropylene handle that's permanently bonded to the blade. The NO STAIN stainless steel blade keeps your blade looking new while the ice-hardened FRIODUR blade retains sharpness. Its laser-controlled edge provides ideal sharpness while the 57 Rockwell Hardness offers excellent edge retention.

Dishwasher safe but is recommended to hand wash.
