PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Zwilling 5" Miyabi 5000 MCD Chutoh Knife is small yet reliable. It has an attractive birch handle that's comfortable to hold while the authentic, thin Japanese blade profile is attractive.

The blade is made of SG2 micro-carbide powder steel and is hand-honed using the three-step Honbazuke process. It's ice-hardened and is designed with a rounded spine and heel. Recommended to hand wash only.
