This peeling knife is lightweight with a curved blade and pointed tip that's perfect for peeling potatoes, fruit and vegetables. The Zwilling Pro Bird's 2.75" Beak Paring Knife has a unique curved bolster that supports the professional pinch grip for safe cutting.

Its ice-hardened blade retains sharpness while the precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle. The blade is fastened to the full tang and POM handle with 3 rivets. Knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to be washed by hand.
