The Zwilling 8" Pro Bread Knife has a unique curved bolster that supports the pinch grip with a thumb and index finger on the blade. The full length blade is sharp with serrated edges to evenly slice through any type of bread. Its POM handle is durable, resilient and has a full tang triple-riveted design.

This bread knife is constructed with an ice-hardened FRIODUR blade to start sharp and stay sharp. Its NO STAIN stainless steel keeps the knife looking new while the precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure ideal cutting.

Dishwasher safe, but recommended to hand wash only.
