The Zwilling Pro 8" Chef Knife is forged from a single piece of NO STAIN stainless steel that is ice-hardened to retain sharpness. Its precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle. This durable blade is fastened to a full tang and POM handle with 3 rivets. It has a curved bolster to encourage more precise cutting for safety and comfort.

This chef knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to be washed by hand.
