The Zwilling 4" Pro Paring Knife is made with an ice-hardened blade for excellent sharpness. This precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle. Full tang and POM handle is fastened with 3 rivets for fantastic stability.

Paring knife has a curved bolster to encourage precise cutting for enhanced safety and comfort. This small knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to be washed by hand. Ideal for cleaning, peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables.
