PRODUCT INFORMATION

Zwilling Pro Slicing Knife is designed with a finer, sharper blade with a curved bolster that supports the professional pinch grip. The knife is full tang and has a POM handle that is durable, resilient and has fantastic stability with the 3 rivet attachment.

The blade is ice-hardened to retain sharpness and is forged from a single piece of NO STAIN stainless steel. Its precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle. This slicing has a long, slender blade and is dishwasher safe but recommended to wash by hand.
