Designed with a plastic handle to offer a comfortable grip, the sharpener fits perfectly in the chefs hand to optimize knife sharpening. The blade is constructed of highly carbonized and hard chrome-plated steel to guarantee quality sharpening. It has a Rockwell hardness of approximately 62 to provide better strength.

This knife sharpener gives quality results and allows knives to be used right after sharpening for convenience.
