The Mercer Genesis 7" Flexible Fillet Knife is the perfect addition to your knife collection because it is designed for passionate cooks or professional chefs. It has a strong, high-carbon German steel blade that does not stain and resists rust, corrosion and discolouration.

The bolster strengthens the knife and provides excellent balance to better handle the knife. The tang and taper ground edge offers extra balance and stability for a fantastic cutting experience.

Blade is connected to a Santoprene handle that has superior comfort and will not slip in the user's hand (even with wet hands!). It's recommended to be washed by hand.
