With the Mercer 6" Millennia Utility Knife, perform a variety of cutting tasks with a knife that was designed for professional chefs and passionate cooks. The blade is constructed of a single piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel for a sharp edge that is simple to maintain.

It's attached to the ergonomic handle that is made from Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. The knife has a textured finger point for slip-resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, improved safety. Blade has a 15° edge angle for a thinner blade.

With a combination of strength and sharpness, this knife was made to thrive in the kitchen.
