The Mercer Millennia Utility Knife is designed to exceptionally perform various cutting tasks. With the one-piece, high-carbon Japanese steel blade, the knife offers simple maintenance and a razor sharp edge. Blade is stain-free to keep an attractive look and has a 15° edge angle.

Built with a Santoprene and polypropylene handle, this knife is comfortable to grip and is durable. The textured finger point offers slip resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, enhanced safety.

Knife has a wavy edge with teeth that effortlessly penetrate tough crust or skin while protecting the inside to create a smooth slice. Ideal for professional chefs or passionate cooks.
