All SignatureWares Peelers feature stainless steel swivel blades with orange vinyl coated handles. The soft, comfortable handle provides a firm grip without hand fatigue - can be used either right or lefthanded.  The included blade protectors provide safety to the blade during storage (and staff!).

Built for professional kitchens, but suitable for home use, this set of strong and durable peelers can handle any type of peeling.
