The Zwilling Pro 6" Utility Knife is designed with a slim blade that is perfect for a variety of light to medium kitchen cutting tasks. While the knife is especially useful for cutting and slicing meats, the various tasks this knife can perform will make this your go-to kitchen knife.

This knife has a curved bolster that supports the professional pinch grip and encourages cutting with better precision, safety and comfort. The blade is forged from a single piece of NO STAIN stainless steel and is ice-hardened to retain sharpness. Blade is precision-honed with a laser-controlled edge to ensure an ideal cutting edge.

POM handle is durable and resilient. This knife has full tang that is triple riveted to the handle for enhanced stability. It's dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning, but the knife is recommended to be washed by hand.
