The Mercer Millennia 7" Santoku Knife is constructed with one piece of high-carbon, stain-free Japanese steel to offer simple edge maintenance and a razor sharp edge. This durable blade is connected to a Santoprene and polypropylene handle that provides comfort and strength.

The textured finger points provide slip resistance, a better grip and along with the protective finger guard, enhanced safety. It has a Granton edge to ease slicing. Recommended to be washed by hand.
