Made with stainless steel sides, top and front, the Quest 24" Left Hand Control Cheese Melter is built for rigorous use. It has a three-position, slide-out wire rack that's versatile and functional while the infrared gas burners have a 10-second warm-up time and offer even heat distribution.
The commercial cheese melter throttles to extremely low heat - making it an excellent choice for cheese melting, onion soup and crepes. It's designed with left hand controls and has simple-to-use temperature knobs.
