There are no external electrical services required: the fryer generates its own electric power. The electrically controlled thermostat has an instant response rate to increase productivity.

The commercial gas floor fryer is made with stainless steel radiants and powerful burners. This unit has a welded stainless steel tank that is simple to clean while the deep cool zone with a crumb catcher keeps burned particles away from the cooking zone to prolong oil life. The commercial stainless steel fryer has a unique open base to make drainage simple and make cleaning more efficient.
