The 3.7 qt stainless steel bowl has a soft touch handle for a more comfortable and firm grip while the polycarbonate, see-through lid allows you to monitor your food preparation from start to finish. It also provides a rubber seal that prevents liquid overflow and is dishwasher safe.

Blixer arm offers an even consistency and is simple to remove and clean.
