The Vollrath Mirage 23" Induction Buffet Warmer includes a variety of safety features that make this induction warmer perfect for any buffet or catering event and extend the units life. Features include overheat protection, small article detection, pan auto-detection and empty pan auto-shutoff.
Due to the low power usage, you can operate up to 3 warming units per electrical outlet, making the cords less crowded and easing load capacity concerns. Connect up to 3 units with the included interconnect cords and plug the middle unit into a wall outlet. Plus, keep counters clear when the cords aren't in use by storing them under the counter.
Warmer has touch controls that are simple to use and prevent accidental temperature adjustment. The LED indicator lights on the panel keep the operator informed while the 4 temperature settings (low, medium, high and preheat) hold a variety of food at safe temperatures.
